This project involved the remediation of multiple balcony leaks affecting several units in an apartment building in Petersham. Our experienced remedial builders team was selected to provide a solution.

    Removal, protection, and reinstatement with waterstop angle installation with new sliding doors.
  • Cavity Flashing
    Staged installation of wall cavity flashing.
  • Concrete Cracks
    Epoxy injection to cracks
  • Brick Stitching
    Crack repairs and installation of movement joints.
  • Attention to Detail
    Precision at complex intersections of building elements.
  • Final Make Good
    Render, paint, plaster, tile, silicone, and joints.
