This apartment had been experiencing persistent leaks and water ingress, with temporary fixes failing to resolve the issue. Our remedial building team was brought in to investigate and address the problem. Drawing on our expertise, we identified several contributing factors behind the recurring water ingress affecting multiple units.

By addressing each of these contributing issues, the project was successfully completed.
